From time to time a customer rings us, saying “I have been waiting 2 weeks for an answer to this email” …that we never received!
We always answer email within 5 days, with a maximum of 7 days in winter or summer when we are close, so if you don’t get a reply after 8 days, we didn’t receive it. Please ring us or leave a message. Can you also check that our email has not been filtered by your antispam software.
