If you book your tickets early enough, especially with
Easyjet,
you can get tickets for less than
£100. Many of our customers are using travel agencies
again who are now as competitive as the Internet, but
more convenient and faster. Here are some suggestions
to book you flight. Let us know if you have a good one!
Luggage
They can become very expensive, however most airlines
now offer a "30kg sport equipment" extra for £30
to £40 return (Easyjet, British Airways etc.). Check
with your airline before booking. Many pilots share the
allowance between two!
Airport
pick up
Free of charge on Saturday afternoon/evening.
Our
minibus arrives at Athens every
Saturday around 6.00pm and leaves
around 8.30pm depending on people
arrival time.
If we don't see you at the gate, the meeting
point is at the
bar located in the middle of the arrivals level (there
is only one).

It is best if your return flight is after 6pm,
like this you can fly Saturday morning.
If your plane arrives much earlier than the pick up
time you can either take the train and
taxi to Epidavros (see below) or leave your luggage at
the left luggage lockers and take the underground (20 minutes)
to the center of Athens for a visit to the Acropolis or
the Plaka (walking area below the Acropolis).
If you cannot take our minibuses,
you can either take the trains, direct
from the airport to Korynthos where
we will have send you a taxi (Total
: 43€/one person, 50€/two
persons) or you can take a taxi
from the airport to the hotel for
90 €.

Staying overnight in Athens
If you would like to spend a night in Athens (cheaper
flight, a bit of tourism etc.),
we've found a nice hotel in the Plaka (walking
area located around the Acropolis) which gives a 25% discount to our customers.
You simply have to mention, when booking a room, that you are a Flying Paradise’s
customers to get this discount (eventually you can mention that Mm Panayotopoulo
is informed of this agreement).
Prices are 70 € for a single room and 90 € for a double room, including
breakfast.
